| Responsibilities
Marketing and Communications
• Research and develop marketing tactics that will connect the challenge with staff in emotional, creative, and compelling ways
• Support execution of highly engaging marketing campaigns that increase program awareness, energize community, and encourage staff participation in the challenge; continuously assess the effectiveness of our marketing tactics and course-correct when necessary
• Collaborate with institutional partners to conceive content/collateral strategy, providing copywriting support, ensuring dissemination of materials, and maximizing impact of content distribution with various formats and channels
• Create and maintain marketing assets, including one-pagers, executive summaries, decks, digital signage, and online presence
• Support execution of a roadshow and assist with outreach activities, signage, and email communications targeting clinical and operational leaders as well as participating staff
Idea Evaluation and Selection
• Support idea sourcing, scoring, categorization, triage, and selection process from start to finish
• Assist with management of idea intake platform, including assignment of incoming submissions, data collection and analysis, and testing updates to the platform
• Collect additional information as needed and help participants improve the quality of their submissions
• Facilitate communication amongst stakeholders and ensure review processes are efficient and effective; support idea selection with appropriate materials and relevant insights highlighting high potential projects
• Plan and coordinate consultations and workshops with selected participants, advisors, and iHub team to discuss, evaluate, iterate and experiment with solution options
Program Management
• Assess needs across all program phases and provide logistical support
• Implement weekly cadence of project meetings and monthly cadence of working sessions to drive planning and progress; coordinate preparation, agenda, and follow up actions to ensure strong momentum
• Track progress related to key program milestones and report and resolve issues as they arise
• Serve as primary contact for applicants and coordinate communication amongst stakeholders during selection and implementation
• Ensure complete and accurate reporting including collection and analysis of metrics; create assets on both what worked well and what failed for future learning

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Solid understanding of healthcare and technology innovation
• 1-3 years’ work experience, ideally in a consulting, communications or innovation role
• Experience working in healthcare, and ideally in health tech, managing programs or projects
