We reach out and place them
A recruiter who knows their specialty contacts them, walks them through open assignments, and gets them placed.
You get rewarded
Once your referral completes their hours on assignment, your reward is on its way. Simple as that.

Referral rewards

Real rewards for real introductions. Your reward pays out after your referral completes their hours on assignment.

$150

Paid after the professional you refer completes 160 hours worked on assignment.

$350 to $500

Higher rewards for allied health and LPN referrals, paid once they complete their hours.

Program terms confirmed at time of referral.
