Our parent company Compunnel brings 33+ years of staffing excellence to everything we do. The healthcare division puts that experience to work for the people who deliver care.

Today we serve 75+ healthcare facilities from 20 US locations, with a network of 1,000+ pre-vetted professionals across nursing, allied health, medical admin, and pharma and life sciences.

What makes us different is the direction we advocate. Most staffing firms represent the employer’s requirements to the candidate. We also represent your preferences to the employer: your schedule, your setting, your career goals. Two sides, one honest conversation, and a placement that works for both.

How We Work

Dedicated account managers and recruiters work closely with both sides of every assignment.

Your recruiter learns your specialty, your preferred settings, and what you want from your next assignment. Our account managers know each facility’s culture, units, and expectations. Assignment decisions happen where those two conversations meet.
